I started this series on powerful blogs for men with ‘10 Powerful Blogs For Men To Learn and Grow By‘. A man’s spiritual involvement is vitally important to his gowth and development so I continue with investigating what spiritual blogs there are for men.
A Spiritual Warrior embraces noble personal attributes and strengths, he is someone who masters himself, overcomes personal desire, moral issues, and all weaknesses of character. He is someone who embraces a journey of self discovery so he can inspire others as well as enlighten himself.
There are sites available for men to enlighten themselves, but not many active blogs. The number of up to date, growing sites is small and none focus on the issues the male spiritual warriors face. I have selected ten sites which are ones that you can benefit from.

Arjuna Ardagh – The Translucent View
Arjuna Ardagh is well known for his ‘Manifesto for Conscious Men‘. I have issues with that document and, especially, with the associated video they produced, ‘Dear Woman‘. Arjuna is a deeply spiritual man who has a lot to say that is not trendy manifestation speak.
He says, “I am a pure potentiality, just like you. I am a gift partially given, and partially held back by habit and belief. I am a birthing process, in progress right now. I am a collection of gifts being time released through the cracks in my facade. I am a work in progress, and so are you.”
- We never Anticipate Resistance
Learning how to anticipate resistance, to integrate it, and to understand where it arises from, is probably the most important key to becoming a whole, loving, sane, conscious human being.
- Couples Puja
There is a divinity in a relationship that transcends the two individuals in it. Respecting and worshiping this divinity is critical for a powerful, long-lasting relationship.”

Jeff Brown – Soulshaping
Jeff Brown is a fascinating man who has built a large following on Facebook. He studied law and, on the verge of opening a law practice, he heard a little voice inside telling him to stop, just stop. With great difficulty, he honoured this voice and began a heartfelt quest for the truth that lived within him.
Jeff is a deep-thinking man who is connected to the reality of life. I love what he says and find great inspiration in his words. His message is that we should look inside ourselves for all the answers we seek.
- The Awakening Man: A Portrait of Possibility for Humankind
The awakening man brings forward many of the qualities of the healthy masculine of old. He is sensitive, not fragile. He is healthily egoic, not self-centred. He is both practical and heightened at the same time. He ascends with both feet on the ground. He is really here.
- Apologies To The Divine Feminine (from a warrior in transition)
I was conditioned to believe that I had to stay rigid, focused, prepared for any eventuality, in the desire to protect myself and others from attack. But I went too far, and closed too tight, and eradicated the bridge between our hearts.

Elephant Journal is a guide to ‘the mindful life’: yoga, organics, sustainability, genuine spirituality, conscious consumerism, the contemplative arts; anything that helps us to live a good life that also happens to be good for others, and our planet.
This is a section of the site covering spirituality. It’s a wide collection of articles from many authors. This is a site that is well worth exploring to understand the full depth of its message.

- The Other Person is Never the Problem.
In countless little ways each day, we blame other people for our frustrations. They irritate us, don’t do things the right way, are incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, bad drivers, too slow, not tidy, boring, uncaring. And yet, we will always be frustrated if we stick to this mindset.

When you discover the true nature of something and work with its natural properties, you don’t fight it, you don’t suppress it, you don’t try to turn it into something it’s not. You recognize that it is your shadow, but you don’t allow it to control your life or determine your future actions.

Many people feel trapped in the life they are leading, unable to change course. They feel frustrated, lonely, stressed, discouraged, unfulfilled or simply just bored.

- 5 Ways to Feel Less Isolated When Facing Change.
People deal with stress and emotional pain in many ways. I’m one of those people who slaps on a happy face and tries to face it head on, alone. That doesn’t mean I bury my emotions. I just don’t like to show people when I’m going through a tough time.

Center for World Spirituality
For some, the classical religions have lost their power. They seek a transcendant path of practice and commitment beyond traditions. For others, their intuitive desire is to transcend and include the traditions. They seek to live as dual citizens, rooted in their tradition, even as they locate themselves as citizens in the broader community of World Spirituality.
The Center for World Spirituality is a think tank which is writing a series of groundbreaking books and creating new templates for spiritual practice, education, and community. World Spirituality paves the way for the next stage of evolution, seeding the ground of hope that is our collective memory of the future.

The world’s religions encourage us to view the body as a reliable companion, as a capable mediator of our experience in the world, as a wise teacher, as a vehicle for transformation, and as a temple of God.
- Early Morning Routines.
My early morning routines complete, I realize how grateful I am to all the teachers from different traditions who model for me an everyday spirituality that singles out the body as an avenue of encounter and connection with the Great Spirit.
- The Numinosity of Rocks.
We are reminded of the awe-inspiring qualities of rocks and the ways in which they have been our spiritual teachers and guides through the natural world. We love the way they can be so still and present in the moment.

Cathy Taughinbaugh – Treatment Talk
This is neither a spiritual blog or a blog for men. It does, however, touch on an aspect of life that, for me, goes to the heart of our spiritual experience. Cathy writes about addiction and how to deal with it.
Addiction is an important aspect of giving up on life and dealing with it is an essential part of reclaiming your existence. This is a deeply spiritual process. I have had an involvement with aspects of this for many years and I can vouch for the power and simplicity of Cathy’s work.

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer is known internationally as an author and speaker in the field of self-development. He is a master of motivation and has a deep spiritual view of life.
We are all part of a Conscious Universe that guides and supports us throughout our lives. It is possible for every person to manifest their deepest desires — if they honour their inner divinity and consciously choose to live from their ‘Highest Self’.
- Without a Doubt
This is heartfelt piece in which he relates the self-actualization ideas of Abraham Maslow with his own discovery of leukaemia. He finishes it by saying, “So rather than cursing my body’s innate wisdom, I am in a profound state of gratitude for all that has come my way, including these elevated blood-cell counts. ”
- Faith Affirming
“Faith is the complete reliance on the power and goodness of Spirit and the firm belief that you are always connected to this goodness.” This is one of the great themes of his writing, not only should you have faith but you should affirm it as well.
